MHAW 2020: Laurie Jefferies
The idea pushed on a lot of people during this lockdown is that you HAVE to be productive, to make use of this time, to make a ‘better you’ and to develop new skills. However, during the lockdown I have been concentrating on the little things.
It’s a maxim I have embraced from the patron Saint of Wales ‘do the little things’/ “gwnewch y pethau bychain”.
Taking little steps helps you take more steps and eventually helps you achieve the bigger goals you have in mind. It’s about doing what you can do. For me, these little things have been pursuing the hobbies I most enjoy- indulging in painting and creating artwork.
Do the little things and be kind to yourself and others.
